What you need to know about repairing your watch
What happens to my watch when it arrives at Bomberg headquarters?
Your repair package is received at Bomberg headquarters.
Your package is scanned into our system.
A case file and case number is generated in our database for your repair request.
Your repair report is reviewed by a member of our team.
All key information regarding your repair request is detailed in the case report.
Your watch is analyzed to determine the exact nature of the repair required
If the requested repair is covered by warranty, the repair process is initiated.
If the request is not covered by warranty, it is sent to the quotation department.
Within 5-10 business days, you will be notified of the cost to repair your watch and you will have 30 days from the date the estimate is approved to send payment.
If payment is not received within 30 days, the watch will be returned to you unrepaired.
Once payment is received, the watch is sent to the Pump Repair Center.
Once at the Pump Repair Center, the repair process begins.
Once the watch is repaired, it is subjected to a water pressure test. The watch undergoes numerous rigorous tests to ensure that all functions are working properly. Once a watch has passed all the tests, it is ready to go home. Repairs and quality testing can take up to 90 days, the industry standard.
Your watch is reconditioned and sent back to Bomberg headquarters.
After a satisfactory inspection, the repair is certified.
Your watch is reconditioned with a detail of the work performed.
Your repaired watch is returned to you!
